Our patients are primarily the pets to whom we provide medical care. But we also help to provide the information, education, and support that is necessary for the people who care for those beloved pets.
To that end, the following information will help us to ensure you have informative and efficient visits with us, and that we always are kept abreast of your pet’s medical status.
Initial Visits
For all visits with us, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early.
- If you have not filled out the New Patient Registration information, you will be asked to do so before your appointment.
- Any vaccine or previous medical history information should be forwarded to use prior to your pet’s appointment.
We also prefer that you read about our philosophies on wellness and preventive exams and vaccine consultations before arriving for your appointment.
Surgical Visit
Surgical visits can be stressful experiences for pets and their owners. If your pet is scheduled for a surgical procedure, please be prepared by:
- Allowing your pet time to eliminate the morning of the procedure. Cats will be given a litterbox at admission. Please take a few minutes to walk your dog before entering the building.
- Reading the General Admitting and Discharge Instructions
- Reading the Pre-anesthetic Lab work Information
